I bought the wrong extension, can I replace it with another one?

There's no straight answer to this question as it all depends on a couple conditions:

1. The purchase date.
We may consider replacing a product within 14 days from the order placement, which is also our "money back" period if the other conditions are met.
2. Customer order history with us. If this is not the first product you're replacing and/or getting refund with us within a short period of time, you're not applicable for a replacement as well as a refund. This is a primary security measure we have to secure our company from "Industrial Espionage".
3. The price difference between the purchased and the replacement products. If the product you purchased is more expansive than the one you want to replace it with, we don't refund the price difference, however if it's cheaper, we'll require you to pay the difference additionally unless the difference can be ignored.

This said, every case is being reviewed and processed individually, so make sure to contact us and find out if you can have your product easily replaced with another one.
